Just had our order delivered and setup, love the new furniture. Shopping at Ivan Smith was a pleasure from the moment walking in, working with Ray all the way trough today. They didnt have what we wanted in stock but looking thru the online section found what we wanted.

My sales lady’s name was Kelly, this lady went over and beyond to help me with the appliances I needed. She never left my side. And made sure I would get what I came for. Thank you Kelly from Ivan Smith Tyler on loop 323…………When my appliances got delivered,all the parts was not with my stuff, hoses,cords and a drain hose for the washer, the delivery guy said I was to contact my salesperson,I did (Kelly) told her the issue.. I was very irritated about the situation,but. Yet again. Kelly went over and beyond to make sure I had everything completed. I recommend Ivan Smith Tyler Texas to buy what you need. Thanks again.

I have a two piece sectional with two chaise lounges. On the larger chaise lounge the back rest was a little loose. I called the Friday before Memorial Day and Mike came out early Tuesday and tightened it up. Very pleased with the fast, pleasant service. It feels as good as new now!

We bought 2 Blue Leather Swival Rocker Recliners and King size Mattress on Saturday Aug 9th 2025. They were delivered on Tue Aug 12th. The quality of these items are incredible. Everything is Made In America. From the Sales to delivery Everything was AWESOME! Best employees I've ever worked with. We love Ivan Smith.

The salesman was very happy to show me everything that I wanted to see. He knew where everything was located and once I told him about what I was interested in looking at, he took me to exactly what I wanted. Bought it the same day and it should be delivered in two days. Excellent service and I’ll come back again!!

Kelly was very professional & patient- no hard sell, no “stalking!” Great in-house selection. Delivery: Ben & partner were very efficient in setting this up. One leg was missing, but it was immediately noted & reported.
